Abstract:
using 1,1,3, 3-tetramethyldisiloxane (D2H) and octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane (D4) as starting materials, double-terminal hydrogen-containing polydimethylsiloxane (PHMS) was prepared by acid-catalyzed equilibrium reaction, and then block Polyether polydimethylsiloxane (PEPS) was synthesized by hydrosilylation reaction with monoallyl polyethylene glycol methyl ether under platinum catalysis. The structure of PEPS was characterized by IR and 1HNMR, and its surface activity was studied by measuring the equilibrium surface tension of PEPS aqueous solution. The results show that PEPS has good surface activity, and its critical micelle concentration (cm c) is 0.7g · L ^-1, the surface tension at cm c is 25.5 mN · m ^-1. The contact angle of PEPS aqueous solution with mass fraction of 0.05% on plastic film for 30 s is 37.2 ° (the contact angle of water on plastic film for 30 s is 59.3 °), the spreading area is 5 times that of water.
